Australian cellist and educator, Francesca is passionate about chamber music and innovative collaborations. As a recipient of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland Postgraduate Scholarship and the Ian Potter Cultural Trust, Francesca is currently in her second year of a Master of Music in Performance at the RCS under the tutelage of Professor Alison Wells. Francesca has performed extensively with Camerata: Queensland’s Chamber Orchestra, the Australian Youth Orchestra and at several international festivals. Recently, Francesca undertook the 2025 Professional Mentorship Scheme with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra. Francesca is looking forward to performing in several exciting festivals this summer including the Cantilena Festival, Dorset Opera Festival, Southwell Music Festival and Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
